This significant office development is aiming for 5-Star Green Star Office Design and Office As-Built V2 accreditation. The building consists of 30 levels of commercial office space, four levels of retail in the podium and two levels of underground car parking.
The procurement path of this project meant Davis Langdon produced multiple packages for Bovis Lend Lease’s sub-consultants. Our internet-based master system gave us complete control of the process and enabled us to track all changes for each package. Our Technical Referencing System was used to great effect on this project, referencing each product/ material to the relevant package, and integrating the specification packages with the drawings. A materials and workmanship specification was produced for Bates Smart to reflect the client’s requirements and the architect’s detailed design solutions.
