Redevelopment of the former Government Printing Office building to provide a telecom hotel comprising 40,000m2 of carrier-neutral collocation space.

The Global Switch Telecommunications Data Hotel project includes total façade renewal, addition of two floors plus plant rooms, complete refurbishment of existing floor space and the fitout of Global Switch’s corporate headquarters. The building will provide a 24 hour by 365 day secure environment with plant redundancy of n+1 and up to 2n. Robust power, emergency power, UPS, cooling systems and specialist fire protection systems have also been installed.
