Individuals construct their own Personal Development Plans according to their own development needs and career aspirations, and, together with their line manager, decide on training needs. Formal half yearly performance development reviews are designed to specifically help with the process and courses can often be tailored towards a certain sector, so that people get the very best from every training programme they attend.
Our training is not just about technical skills – we help our people to develop their soft skills at every stage of their career through our Leadership Development Programme.
Appraisals
Everyone, including our partners, is given an annual appraisal to review their performance over the last year and plan for the year ahead. Informal discussions of Personal Development Plans can be discussed at any time outside of their formal reviews.
