Ben has over 20 years experience in the industry and retail sector helping developers, investors and end user clients achieve their strategic goals.

With expertise gained working on signature retail development projects in the last decade including The Bull Ring, Birmingham and multiple ward winning Liverpool One, Ben brings current thinking with pragmatism to projects. Having also worked for retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Ben understands the end users needs and is able to find solutions for the mutual benefit of landlords and tenants. Ben’s experience extends to large complex retail led master planning schemes and geographically has been involved on projects in Germany, Spain, Turkey, Middle East and Africa.

Ben also has a liaison Director role for Davis Langdon (Europe) work in Sub Saharan Africa.
