Carl qualified as a Quantity Surveyor in 1997 and became a chartered member of RICS in 2001.  Carl joined Davis Langdon, part of AECOM, in 2003. 

Carl has extensive project expertise in the areas of cost planning, procurement and cost management of major new build and refurbishment projects in the UK.   He also has experience with capital allowance computations, major project and contract auditing and value engineering.

Carl’s market sector experience includes education, aviation, motor industry, catering, office and residential.

With over 15 years of experience, mainly working in conjunction with David Daly (another Director in the Birmingham Office), Carl has worked on some of the office’s leading projects across a number of sectors.
