David joined Davis Langdon Crosher & James eight years ago having previously gained a wide range of business experience within the property profession. Originally trained in the District Valuer’s office, he then set up his own practice and subsequently moved to development consultancy.

A fundamental objective of David’s work is to change the perception of tax reliefs from being an often overlooked bonus in a property scheme, to becoming a key business tool in expenditure planning.
