David has worked for Davis Langdon for over 20 years having joined Davis Langdon & Everest's Oxford office in 1988. He spent the first three years of his career working in Oxford before moving on to the London Office where he became a Partner in 2002. David has been in the Middle East since 2008 with a mandate to grow the commercial sector within the region.

Over his 20 year career at Davis Langdon, David has been responsible for cost management for a series of high profile projects including Marks & Spencer’s head office relocation programme, Morgan Stanley's Canary Wharf campus fit-out/refurbishment, ExxonMobil's head office relocation plan and Aldar Properties’ new headquarters in Raha Beach. David has delivered a number of projects for commercial office developers such as British Land, Derwent London, Minerva and Great Portland Estates.
