Gary is based in the Dubai office having relocated from Davis Langdon’s London office in 2009.

With 18 years of consultancy experience he has worked as a specialist consultant primarily in the PFI/PPP, asset management and facilities management sectors, providing strategic advice to bid consortia and more recently, to public and private sector bodies and funders. Gary is also a leading expert in whole life costing and has drafted parts of a new International Standard and EU guidance on the subject.
