Ian joined Davis Langdon in Southampton in 2004 having previously worked in London. He has considerable project experience having provided cost, risk and value management across a broad range of both public and private sector projects.  

Ian has an excellent track record working with clients to deliver high profile and complex projects in the education and commercial sectors, with a particular specialism in sustainable offices. He has delivered projects for University of Southampton, Grosvenor Estate, Hampshire County Council and several Local Authorities.

Ian regularly advises clients in the public sector and has experience of a number of procurement routes including traditional, frameworks and development agreements. Ian’s extensive experience of working through numerous framework arrangements has led to him acting as a critical friend and advising on procurement for major regional construction frameworks, and national and central government programmes.
