Paul Farey is a Director based in Davis Langdon’s London office and leading the Fiscal Incentives. He provides consultancy to clients and colleagues, with his specialist areas including sports stadia, renewable energy schemes, VAT, capital asset risk management as well as tax services in Singapore and Malaysia

Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and has worked both in private practice and in contracting organisations. He has been working within this sector of the business since 1997; providing advice on Capital Allowances, Value Added Tax and other construction and property related tax issues in the UK and overseas.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as a Member of the Investment Property Forum and the Association of Taxation Technicians.
