Peter joined Davis Langdon in 1990 after qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor. He became a partner in 1999 and worked in our London office until January 2001.
His project experience includes cost planning, procurement, cost management, risk and value management across a broad range of projects within the UK.
He has a good track record working with clients to deliver high profile and complex projects, particularly in the Education and Commercial sectors. Clients include Hampshire County Council, University of Southampton, MEPC, Hammerson, Greycoat , British Land and several colleges located in the South East.
Following his appointment to head of Further Education, Peter has driven the sharing of knowledge and lessons learned from one FE project to another for client benefit.
Peter has also championed the detailed review of the LSC cost model, and in particular the M&E services element to ensure best advice is delivered to our National client base.
