Rachel’s client responsibilities cover a wide range of property investors; institutional, property companies, private investors and occupiers.

Rachel qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1993 and worked in private practice in both heavy engineering and building disciplines. In 1993 she joined what is now the Fiscal Incentives Team to train as a Capital Allowances Consultant and gain further qualifications in Construction Law & Arbitration, Taxation and Property Investment.  Rachel became a Partner in 1997. Rachel is involved with all aspects of Fiscal Incentives including working knowledge of various international property tax and depreciation regimes.

Rachel acts as Practice Group representative on PCC’s National Employee Forum

Externally, Rachel is a past National Chair of The Association of Women in Property and held a position as a Non-Executive Director of the Bromford Housing Group.
