Richard has more than twenty years experience in the construction industry, with the last ten years concentrating on acting for Banks and other funders of development finance.

Richard has worked in Private Practice since leaving school at eighteen and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor via day release degree in 1993. Richard is a relative newcomer to Davis Langdon, having joined as a Partner in July 2006.
