Richard comes from a Quantity Surveying background after qualifying in March 1985.  He joined Crosher & James in September 1987 in order to establish the Taxation Department in Birmingham along with Clive Searle.

He worked in Australia for Crosher James Napier July to December 1988, where he was involved in Tax Depreciation.

Richard was made a Partner of Crosher & James in 1995.

Some of his key clients include, HBOS, Rotch, Slough Estates, Capital Shopping Centres and Castlemore.
