Davis Langdon PKS are providing full Cost Management services for the building works on The Grand Canal Theatre and Office Development, a Chartered Land Development, designed by Daniel Libeskind, along with M&E Services (Mechanical and Electrical services) and fit out.

Daniel Libeskind, world renowned architect, designed the Grand Canal Theatre and Office Development in the Dublin docklands which is currently under construction and due for completion in late 2009/early 2010. The project is a 2000 seat iconic theatre, which fronts a 10,000 sq foot public space at Grand Canal Square and will also include retail and high end commercial space.
