Built on top of a concrete raft that is directly over Liverpool street station connections. The 35 storey tower and adjoining 13 storey horizontal structure overlook an open public plaza with each building providing just over 400,000 SqFt of office space.

Between the two structures is a covered sky lit galleria space for retail uses. The buildings express their structural engineering with the A Frames visible along the stainless steel and glass facades.
