Davis Langdon were appointed by the Client to undertake a series of building condition surveys to compile Schedule’s of Condition for a variety of building types including traditional sandstone  properties, 1960’s concrete famed buildings, modern office blocks finished in curtain walling, roads and pavements surrounding the site of the proposed new development.

The surveys were required to be undertaken of the buildings around the vicinity of the site proposed for the development of a new £24.5 million office block. The Schedule’s of Condition were used to record the condition of the surrounding buildings at a set time prior to the demolition of the existing building on the site and agreed with adjoining building owners or their representative.

Davis Langdon’s local knowledge and experience proved critical in delivering the surveys within the timescales and with the level of detail required.

Davis Langdon were also appointed Project Managers for the new office development.
