Commercial development on a 33 acre site comprising 2 million sq ft office space in 12 buildings including landscaping, car parking and infrastructure works together with a 40,000 sq ft leisure centre.
The offices comprise of four and five storeys buildings increasing to 9 and 12 storey buildings in the subsequent phases.
The buildings include atrium entrances, external solar shading (fixed louvres and automatic blinds) and air displacement heating and cooling system.
External landscape includes a central lake, waterfall, decked boardwalks, a central event area and restaurant/café.
