The Collin County Arts Center comprises the first phase of a joint design and construction effort between three counties in Texas.

The new performing arts center will include a five level 2,100 seat theater, gallery and extensive landscaping. Natural lighting and a connection to the outdoors are key features of the design, with windows in dressing rooms, gallery, and even in the theater.

Both the theater and the gallery will overlook a terraced meadow, garden and creek. Future phases of the project will include an amphitheatre and educational center.
