Amgen Inc. is the world’s largest biotechnology company with a special focus in gene technology, oncology, and nephrology.  Since 1989, we have provided on-going construction consulting services to Amgen. These services include providing cost planning, independent auditing, risk management and project controls services.

The Helix project in Seattle, Washington is a state of the art bio-research facility located on a 40 acre waterfront campus. The recently completed Phase I consist of approximately 800,000 square feet of research and support space. The Helix Project includes seismically isolated laboratory buildings, extensive conference and break out areas, and an award winning pedestrian bridge designed to replicate the double helix structure of DNA molecules from which the campus takes its name.

We provided a full range of construction phase cost management services to Amgen at the Helix site including change order negotiation services, forecasts and cash flow projections for costs to complete, claims negotiation services and cost projections for subsequent bid packages.
